President Buhari And Gowon In Closed Door Meeting

President Muhammadu Buhari met with former military Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon (rtd.) yesterday for a closed door meeting.

The meeting lasted for about an hour but the details of their discussions were not disclosed to State House correspondents. Gowon did not speak to reporters either.

The former Head of State also visited the Presidential Villa in August.
