Police have ordered people off the streets of Brussels as the Belgian capital is rocked by multiple explosions. Belgian broadcaster VRT reports at least 13 people have been killed in the attacks. At least 35 people have been severely injured.
A third explosion has struck Brussels. The blast hit Schuman metro station close to EU buildings shortly after twin explosions ripped through Brussels Airport.
Local Belgian media are reporting police have found three unexploded devices in the airport departure Hall.
The final tally of the dead is put at 31 with over 80 people injured. This inhumane attached on Brussels is coming just few days after the mastermind of the Paris terrorist attacks was arrested in the city. Belgium and many other European countries are at the highest terrorists alert.
