Another Abducted Chibok Girl Rescued Carrying a 10-Month Old Baby

Another one of the Boko Haram abducted over 200 Chibok school girls has been rescued. She was rescued by the Nigerian troops at Pulka in Gwoza local government area of Borno state.

In a statement issued by the spokesperson of the Nigerian Army Col. Sani Usman said the girl named Maryam Ali Maiyanga was discovered while the army was screening latest escapees from Sambisa in the early hours of Saturday.

The rescued girl was found with a 10-month old baby reportedly born to a Book Haram commander while in their captivity.

This is coming few weeks after the terrorist group released 21 of the abducted girls to the government in deal facilitated by Switzerland and other parties.
