President Muhammadu Buhari today in Abuja launched the ‘Change Begins With Me’ re-orientation campaign to bring about attitudinal change in Nigerians.
The programme designed by the National Orientation Agency under the Federal Ministry of Information is aimed at instilling discipline in Nigerians, restoring credible value system and promoting patriotism.
This campaign is an offshoot of the change mantra of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC and it shared similarities with War Against Indiscipline, WAI, an anti-social vices programme of the military government led by Buhari as Head of State between 1983 and 1985.
