The list of the presidential aspirants for the 2019 general elections is growing by the day with the declaration of the former governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke.
Mr. Duke made his intention public on Friday while speaking at the annual Law dinner of the University of Nigeria, Anambra State.
While speaking on the topic ‘Nigeria In Clear and Present Danger’, he explained that although he wasn’t yet sure of the platform with which he will be contesting, he was convinced that it was time to make a move towards addressing Nigeria’s.
Mr. Duke was a 2-time governor of Cross River State under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and is one of those prominently visible in former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s Coalition For Nigeria Movement.
