A four year old British boy of Nigerian grandparents, Isa Dare, has been video-taped by terrorist group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) detonating explosives in a car with three captives strapped inside resulting in their deaths. He was later identified by his grandfather, Sunday.
He said: “That is my grandson, I’d know him anywhere. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the pictures. I felt sick.
British born, Isa, dubbed Junior Jihadi, was featured in an Isis video in January Isis in which he was wielding an AK47 Kalashnikov rifle. In the video, Isah appeared at the end of the 11-minute clip wearing military fatigues and warned in English that Isis are going to go kill the kafirs in the UK.
He was reportedly taken to Syria by his Nigeria-born mother Grace Khadija Dare, Isa appeared in the latest video with a young man who addressed the UK, with a scarf covering his face. In the recording, little Isa, clad in combat fatigues, makes an OK sign and presses a detonator to blow up the car as he yells Allahu akbar.
According to her Nigerian-born father, Sunday, his daughter , who fled to Syria with Isa in 2012 was brought up as a Christian by him and his wife Victoria.
She was christened Grace at a church in Lewisham, South East London, and developed a love of gospel, country and pop music.
Her favourite artists included Johnny Cash, Elton John and Queen and she harboured dreams of becoming a psychologist.
According to Sunday, she converted to Islam in 2010 and she began to change dramatically. She handed her Bible back to her parents and began to show signs of becoming radicalised.
She is believed to have met Isa’s father at a mosque in London in 2010 and relatives say he was a “good man”.
Sunday, also known as Henry, became so alarmed by the transformation he twice alerted police. The British police informed him her daughter could change religion if she wanted. In 2012 Kadijah told her father she was going to Egypt to study but she secretly fled with her young son to Syria instead.
She changed her name to Khadijah and went on to marry a Swedish terrorist. She has since posted a picture online of Isa holding a rifle.
In the video Isa said: “You will never fight us except behind fortified fortresses or behind walls, so today, we’re going to kill your spies the same way they helped you kill our brothers. Prepare your army and gather your nations, for we too are preparing our army.”
