She Leads Africa has finalized plans to take eight female entrepreneurs to Washington DC to pitch their business at Diaspora Demo, scheduled to hold in the United States of America, next the week. Diaspora Demo day is a social impact pitch competition and the largest gathering of African start-ups, entrepreneurs and angel investors outside of the continent of Africa. The start-up showcase will present emerging tech companies and social enterprises focused on Africa and the African Diaspora.
Hosted by Tiphub, in conjunction with She Leads Africa and the African Technology Foundation, the event will include a series of keynotes and demonstrations followed by a cocktail and networking reception.
