The colours of the Nigeria-United States relations under the President Donald Trump will become clearer today as the US Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, will arrive the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, today as part of his tour to Africa.
Tillerson will be received by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Olukunle Bamgbose at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
Mr. Tillerson will meet with President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday morning, at the Presidential Villa.
While in Nigeria, Mr. Tillerson will discuss ways to broaden and partner Nigeria in counter-terrorism, advance peace and security, promote good governance, and spur mutually beneficial trade and investment.
