9 governors who are representatives of the Nigerian Governors Forum are presently in a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The delegation, led by the forum’s chairman, Governor Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State, comprises the governors of Kebbi, Bauchi, Kwara, Ondo, Jigawa and Ebinyi.
The meeting, which started at 12:20pm, is taking place inside the president’s office.
Buhari had earlier this morning met behind closed doors with the governor of Benue State, Sam Ortom.
