5 Dead In Borno Suicide Attack

Suspected Boko Haram suicide bombers detonated explosives in several areas of Borno State killing 5 people and injuring many others.

According to security and emergency officials, five persons-a member of the CJTF and four suicide bombers-lost their lives in the attacks.

The attacks occurred at Muna Usmanti, Muna garage and Muna Ethopia.

According to a statement by the Head Media and Public Relations, NEMA, Sani Datti, the incidence occurred on Wednesday morning at about 4:11am.

He however, stated that the injured and dead persons have been evacuated to the Maiduguri General Hospital by the rescue team from NEMA and Borno SEMA.
